Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To arrive at work on time in the uniform provided, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance.
2. To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with housekeeping and all hotel departments.
3. Supervises all GSA functions including reservation, arrival and departure procedures and night audit
4. Attend training and meetings as required.
5. To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
6. Have a complete knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
7. Report health, safety, and security hazards to FOM, or Manager on Duty.
8. Ensure Guest Service Desk (Front Office) is clean and tidy at all times.
9. To greet and acknowledge all guests.
10. Input into the system as per procedure.
11. Ensure credit policy is adhered to at all times, any variance reported to the manager on duty immediately.
12. Carry out requests as directed by Executive Director.
13. Reports any potential health or safety problems promptly to FOM
14. Performs any other duties that may be requested by FOM
Position requirement:
- Diploma or higher
- Male Thai
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Front Office Supervisor
- Strong communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Well-organized and calming demeanor.
- Good customer service skills and service-mind.
- Interest in Wellness/Spa/Yoga will be an added advantage.
Personal requirement:
: Enthusiasm, good team player.
: Ability to work in flexible hours including weekends and public holiday.
: Have sense of awareness towards clients.
