คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
For our resort project located in Rawai, we are looking for a motivated SITE ENGINEER to
participates to the construction works.
Main responsibilities:
• On the project site, he / she works in the execution phase.
• Reviews shop drawings prepared by the subcontractors and ensures they are in line with
the consultants « for construction » drawings.
• Conducts daily inspections on site and verifies that the works are in compliance with the
approved shop drawings.
• Ensures strict implementation of the safety requirements on the project.
• Ensures that all materials used on the project are approved and in line with the project
specifications.
• Coordinates trades (direct contractors, M&E, architectural trades) to the most efficient
possible way.
• Recommends corrective actions when required and reports to his management when
problems arise on the project.
• Monitor the project schedule and assist the contractor to implement mitigation
measures.
• Provides answer to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Approval (RFA) from
Subcontractors, in liaison with the project consultants.
• Maintains records of inspections done on the project.
• Provides daily report (activities and photos)
• Assist project QS with monthly billing.
• Reports to his management any contractual issues that may arise (variation, delays, etc.)
Required skills:
• Leads and coordinates
• Needs to be project oriented.
• Needs to be able to read and understand technical drawings
• Must be methodical, attentive and have a sense of responsibility.
• Must like human contact and knows how to share information.
• English required.
Required experience:
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
